鳥聲啁啾、蟲兒鳴唱，前有小溪、後有山坡，香香久溢座落在嘉義縣阿里山鄉的一個山谷中，有時晴空萬里，有時雲霧繚繞，因地點偏僻，少有干擾。這裡生態豐富，有許多台灣特有種，比如鵂鶹、榆鳳蛾、台灣鳳蝶…等等。冬季有滿天星空，春夏有螢火蟲。吳秋陽、陳金宿夫妻倆在年輕時便接觸農業，最初種植山葵，後來在達邦樂野一帶種植高山蔬菜。民國98年八八風災造成了山區產業道路嚴重崩塌，對外交通中斷，收入被迫中止，產業道路過了一年半才完全修復。當時的吳爸吳媽擔憂若是再遇風災，會是很大的影響。因緣際會101年接觸到了咖啡，102年開始將農業重心轉移到咖啡種植，有幸於105年台灣國產精品咖啡豆評鑑比賽獲得金質獎，開啟了進入咖啡界的那道門。莊園從種植、烘焙、杯測…等等事宜皆由自己處理，縱使一路跌跌撞撞，我們仍舊沒有放棄，繼續前進努力！
